2: YOUR UTMOST TREASURE

Most films and stories are about treasure hunting for a suitcase full of gold coins and gems. This voyage of discovery is different. It will lead you to the treasures within yourself. These treasures are just as gold and sparkling as a jewel. Your 3 treasures give you the energy you need to live, to do what you have to and what you want to do, to think clearly and wisely, to have great beautiful feelings and live a long healthy and happy life. The treasures contain your life force. We start this week with the hardest treasure. The treasure that is most mysterious and we must treat with great care: Jing, the basis and origin of life.

This week will be about making your practise and cooking time a moment to restore, relax and protect your life energy.
