1: UPLIFT YOURSELF
At the end of winter and at the beginning of spring, the elements of earth and water are more present in the natural environment. This creates a nourishing soil for seeds to root and plants to grow, when the sun starts to shine more and for a longer period of time. But too much water and soil can become muddy.
Our bodies mirror what happens in the natural world around us. When the season changes an adjustment in our way of living is needed to maintain balance. In early spring the elements water and earth are stimulated in our body, heart and mind. A sense of heaviness can drag us down like mud.
So this week we are going to focus on what makes us feel light and pleasant. On what gets us moving. On what lifts us up and makes us grow.
