Day 2 — Expanding your roots

A grounding yoga practice to connect with your body, strengthen your foundation and create a sense of safety while opening to expansion.

An interactive workshop exploring upper limits: where you may be holding yourself back, and how to stay relaxed while allowing more of your potential to unfold.

Day 3 — Expanding your capacity to feel
8:00 am | Yoga
Building on the grounded foundation of yesterday, this yoga practice supports you in staying present while opening the body and expanding your capacity to feel. Like a riverbed holding the flow of the river, the body learns to remain stable as feeling begins to move more freely.

Time to rest, integrate, enjoy the sea or simply be, flow with what the day brings without agenda.
17:00 pm | Qi Gong — Water Dragon
A Qi Gong practice connected to the water element, inviting softness, emotional flow and a deeper sense of inner spaciousness. Fluid, alive, and held by a steady inner container.

8:00 pm | Yin yoga
A slow, inward but expanding practice to unwind, soften and integrate the experiences of the day, allowing the nervous system to rest within a sense of safety and spaciousness.
Day 4 — Expanding your power

A vitalizing yoga practice inviting you to root into your natural power as a felt sense in the body, allowing your life energy expand and move you.

11:00 am | Workshop — The Big Leap
A deepening workshop focused on staying in your power while becoming aware of where you still block yourself. We explore leadership as a subtle, inner movement: gently guiding your energy in the right direction, without force or self-judgment, allowing blocks to dissolve naturally.
5:00 pm | Qi Gong — Wood Leopard
A dynamic Qi Gong practice connected to the wood element, supporting clarity, direction and embodied strength. Power is invited to flow freely, just like any other emotion — rooted, alive and focused on what matters to you.

Day 5 — Expanding the love
8:00 am | Yoga & Qi Gong — Fire Bird
A heart and soul opening morning practice combining yoga and Qi Gong. We explore love as the biggest expansive life force — we move with warmth, connection and joy.

Group excursion
A shared experience, allowing connection, joy and presence to arise naturally through movement, conversation and simply being together, enjoying the moment.

8:00 pm | Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra
A deeply restorative evening practice to soften the heart, calm the nervous system and integrate the experiences of the day through warm rest and guided relaxation.
Day 6 — Grounding into the bigger you

A morning wake up at your own pace into the fullness of your expanded self. Breakfast buffet is there for you when you are ready.

You ground yourself in abundance, creative flow, power and love, exploring playful and expressive ways to embody your next level.

A practice rooted in the earth element, supporting balance, stability, and integration of body, mind, and energy.

Day 7 — Expanding your wisdom

A practice to open clarity and awareness, supporting reflection and insight as your experiences deepen.

11:00 am | Integration workshop & Yoga Trance Dance
A session to integrate the week’s experiences. Through creative movement, guided expression and gentle trance states, insights and wisdom from the retreat are embodied and shared.
5:00 pm | Qi Gong — Metal Tiger & Closing Ceremony
A grounding and celebratory practice connecting with the metal element. We honor the week’s journey and the growth that has emerged.
